Rent includes the apartment home only. A separate utility package applies for each property, and additional utilities, fees, parking, or other services may be billed separately.
Dogs, Cats, Birds, and small animals such as rabbits, guinea pigs, and hamsters are welcome.
Breed and/or weight restrictions may apply.
• Weight limit: 100 lb combined limit for all pets in the unit.
• Restricted breeds: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Bull Mastiffs, Chows / Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Shar Peis, Siberian Huskies, Staffordshire Terriers, Wolf Hybrids, and any variations or mixes of those breeds.
